Im doing a CKD
HIgh carb friday PM after circuit training until saturday night.
then its Nocarb 200Protein 200fat until Friday PM again. i Reach KETOSIS Tuesdays.
What if i "stretched" the days in ketosis from 3,5 days to 5,5 days (started the carbup 2 days later) would i loose any more muscle if i did ?
And would i loose more fat this way ?
