Stretch the CKD keto days ?

Im doing a CKD

HIgh carb friday PM after circuit training until saturday night.
then its Nocarb 200Protein 200fat until Friday PM again. i Reach KETOSIS Tuesdays.

What if i "stretched" the days in ketosis from 3,5 days to 5,5 days (started the carbup 2 days later) would i loose any more muscle if i did ?
And would i loose more fat this way ?

I don't think you'd lose more muscle, but you'd surely lose more body-fat. I would say a better Idea would be to try to stay in Ketosis for 12 days and carb up for 2 days; thus, getting the maximum ketonic effect.

Carbup today and tomorrow.
No carb tuesday 19/11 --> Saturday 30/11 then carbup 2 days and.........................................
