Anyone else ever had any problems with stretch marks? I have some on my inner bicep, my doctor gave me some tretinoin creme to use on it. Its mainly used for acne but he said he had heard about good results on it helping 'fade' stretch marks. So far it has worked pretty well as far as making them more descrete.

You can try cocoa butter, or shea butter for your stretch marks. Also, look over your water intake, potassium and taurine intake.

I also hear that Vitamin E helps with the fading of scars. I can be found in pill form and also maybe in a lotion.

After my gyno surgery, my surgeon told me to use Coco butter lotion, and vitamin E on my scars..... I was pretty religious about using it, and it helped ALOT..... As for stretch marks, I don't think you can get rid of them totally without cosmetic surgery...... The Coco and Vitamin E could help though, it's worth a shot....

Contractubex is excellent for scars.

My nephew fell over and grazed his face, when it all healed up he was left with white patches, the gel helped bring back the lost pigmentation. If any of you have kids, it’s a definite one to have in your first aid box. "Trust me on this one"

As regards stretch marks woman are the best to give advise, some people get them others don’t, it just depends on the elasticity of your skin.

There's a product called Mothers Skin that helps with the stretch marks mothers get during pregnancy. It might help you as well.

All of the above work.. When I blew up bulking and when I had should surgery I used Mederma and Vitamin E caps. I would put the mederma on and then break open a Vit E cap and rub it in.. Twice a day worked well.. Keep a tan going as well... When I get pale they are much more noticeable
