Google

What you heard may only reduce them a little, but what it will also do is help to prevent any further ones...

Yeah, just get the capsules and poke a hole through it with a pin and squeeze out oil onto to scare and rub in, simple as that!!!

Does that work only on recent marks, or also on old ones? My wife has some really old ones from where she got some breasts and hips suddenly at the end of puberty...

Sorry, but there isn't much you can do after getting them.

I'm not so sure about vitamin E getting rid of stretch marks that are already there, but it may help prevent/reduce the appearance of future stretch marks.

She is correct.

I have never had a severe problem with stretch marks, but I have some light colored marks in my pec/delt area.

Even though I gain weight, I do not acquire stretch marks.

I think a lot of it has to do with diet.

Focus on keeping the skin as healthy as possible.

i have hella stretch marks cuz i used to be fat with small muscles. then gained muscle, then lost fat, then gained more muscle. my biceps look like a battle field.

I got them really bad during puberty. they were all red and 3-dimensional, running from my biceps to my upper chest. I was fat and I grew fast. They just went away in time though. I got some on my biceps when I first started lifting. those went away too. now I have new ones. I guess I'm lucky, although I don't really care about them one way or the other.

i jsut noticed i have old stretch marks on my lats too, near my shoulder. that must just be from being fat, since they are old and i never used to workout my back when i first started lifting.

I have them almost everywhere too. Pecs, biceps, quads, inner thighs, hams, my butt, my lower and mid back, shoulders.

It just looks like something went terribly wrong when you examine them heh.

It owns
