Im looking to lose about 35 lbs of fat (replace with 10lbs of muscle) on diet and excercise and a mild cycle at the end...my question is.....do you get stretch marks or loose skin.....what are your recommendations..... Im asking because usually Im able to lose weight like I pee fat so Im afraid of becoming a lean machine with 50lbs of excess skin...
