Strength W/o Size... Possible?

What if you don't want more size but only strength? Is it possible to get the same strength from a cycle without the attendant size? And, if so, what is the determining factor? Would it be fewer calories and, if so, would even higher protein then be necessary when not consuming mega calories? Would training differently be necessary? The question, basically, is: can two hypothetical people with the same genetic makeup (so as to negate the need to consider so many other individual variables) take the same drugs and dosage and gain the same amount of strength while one person gains more weight and muscle? Or, put another way, can the same person gain the same amount of strength on two identical cycles but intentionally gain less muscle and weight on one of the two cycles by manipulating his calories and/or training? In other words, do you have to consume mega calories to get just as strong as someone consuming mega calories?

Var 30-40mg's a day for 10-14 weeks will rock your world. Add some creatine aswell.

Winny is also a good strength drug.

Yeah it is possible to gain strength without size!!! I have found when doing Mike Menzer training I got really strong but i did not put on any muscle.
