Strength loss after cycle

Hey bros, how long does the diminishing strength last for you? Is there any way to keep it SOMEWHAT in check? My db bench is dropping like a rock, but im not loosing mass...
The weight i could rep 10 times with no problem a few weeks ago, now i can barely get them up and rep them 4 times!

Keep training and you'll keep most of your strength. Unfortunately very hard to keep all.
 
I usually lose quire a bit of my strength gains afterwards, but as long as I keep training, I get a rebound effect and they come back fairly well.
 
It def sucks, but you gotta take the good with the bad, dieting and your training are huuuuuuge when it comes to maintining gains , in addition, your genetic limits also hold some constraints on keping gains...ie I was 155lbs at 5'8 in May, now I am 195lbs (dec), my max was 200, but genetically my limits are around 190-195, i have been able to maintain this weight pretty well, but lost some of the "water weight" which aided in my size, so look a lil smaller, or at least in my opinion......juice is a sickness
 
Sucks bro but that is what juice can do to you when you come off. Your best bet is to take clomid and HCG to keep your size and some of your strenght
 
First off all, what type of cycle did you just complete?

Also, what did your post-cycle therapy look like?

There are many factors that can increase the amount of strength you lose post-cycle although there are several things you can do to minimize/prevent this.
 
Did you use clomid? because it helps alot by increasing your natural test production post cycle. If not that could be why you ae losing your gains so quickly.
 
I too lose strength. I have let the ego thing go!! It only gets me hurt. I have gone to lower weights and higher reps, concentrating on my mind to muscle connnection and focusing on truely contracting my muscle. My muscle look better and I stay healthy.
 
My cycle was 11 weeks of Test en at 500mg a week
I ran 50mg dbol the first 7 weeks and 50mg winny the last 7, so 14 weeks total. I have been taking 100mg clomid ED for about 2-1/2 weeks now. My size is still there, but the strenght is diminishing, really bad on chest and shoulders (like usual for me).
I guess i should go to lighter reps for now and let the memory take over.
 
If you have not lowered your training intesity, you risk catobolism. You must lower training intesity post cycle!! It is 1 of the 3 major keys to recoving properly.

This is one of the most underappreciated facts yet one of the most important.

More than likely you are still going balls out just like your on. You can still go heavy just not every week. Keep your rep up and avoid failure and every now and again hit that 3rep or 1rm.

I just wish i could have kept a little more of the strength in my chest, its my slowest to grow and i always take it the most seriously.
Lawn, what are the other 2 you speak of?
Eating, clomid, rest?
