strength increase?

how much should my strength go up after 1 week of my cycle of 300 deca 10 weeks and 30 mg ed for 6 weeks. like how much should my bench go up in a week say i do 200 now naturally, i wanna know so i know if this shit is workin for me lol, and after 10 weeks of my cycle how much should it b at then at my peak?
 
If you do 200 on your bench naturally, you need to keep training natural before you hit a cycle. You should lift weights seriously for a minimum of one year before you do a cycle.

In any event, strength gains, even on the same cycle, are non consistant from person to person. For my first bulking cycle, my bench went from 315 X 6 to 405 X 5. On 250 mg of test and 200 mg of deca a week for 8 weeks.

You've been training for 4 years and bench 200 ibs? Slow down, go to the training board and start reading, before you even purchase the gear for your cycle.
 
no i said i used to do 200 i do bout 250 my boy said on ur first cycle u blow up the most in strength and size, and off my cycle my bench should go up like 100 pounds lol
 
I have to agree bro, you should wait. After only one year of serious training I could bench 225, and I only weighed 123lbs at that point. Unless you're 4'10" and 135 solid midget pounds, lol, you should probably have 75-100lbs of bench gains left naturally :)
 
yeah i know, but say i didnt do roids and i got my natural bench up or i did and i got a lot stronger? doin juice now isnt gonna make me weaker then i would b if i didnt for awhile? get what im sayin?
 
what would you guys say about a guy who is natural that does 340 lbs for reps and max'es out at 410. im natural now but reading and learning from peoples experiences with gear befor i think about doing any. and i have to tell you that im 280 and about 30% bf. i am more of an athlete that a bb. and just shedding fat befor i touch the stuff.
 
no one can tell you how much you will gain or how much strength you will get from a cycle of anything. everyone responds differently..
 
is it genetics? cuz someone in my family dont wanna say dad or brother or n e thing took same cycle put on 35 pounds and 100 pounds on bench, i am stronger and bigger then he was, both our first cycles, i hope i get his damn results. so my question is it family genetics like dna? or just fucking luck?
 
My weekly gains, once everything had kicked in (3-4wks on) was about 5-10 lbs I added to the bar a week. A couple weeks I didn't add anything and a couple weeks I was frickin' throwin weight up like I was superman. Juiced is right though, it is dependent on your genetics, diet, intensity, etc., etc. Make sure you know everything there is to know about what you're gonna take before you start. For example, deca, eq and even sust take a while (6-8 weeks) before you start to see any dramatic results.
 
yeah ur right, thats y im taking dbol for the immediate results and then in week 6 when i stop dbol sust will kick in hopefully this will help me keep some gains, what did u take btw?

RESEARCH MAN. not to knock you, but you're throwing questions out there without any effort of answering them yourself. at 170 pounds i could bench 260x3 and still had some potential. Train hard before the gear and get your diet in line in order to get maximum results. Dont blow hard earned money and time simply because you want fast muscles NOW.
