i being training for about a year now
and im still benching only 50kg i strated benching 30kg when i started
i know its shyt but its all i could lift when i started now ive hit 50kg and find it difficult to increase it any more
ive tried increasing my reps which i fail miserabley
i can increase my sets tho with rest inbetween each set
should i carry on addin more sets??
i was considering stating a cycle
gud idea or bad?
my goal isto add weight and increase strenght
my stats are 22yrs old
