Somewhere in the past year or so i stopped worrying about lifting massive weights and started concentrating on worrying about size and endurance. I never was anygood at bench press. The most i could ever throw up was 275 about 5 times. Im 5"9 215lbs and about 8%bf. Even when i was 235lbs i could bare;y do 275 5 times.

Well i abandoned bench for a while and and just incorporated incline dumbell press. Still i never did that very well i can maybe hit 100lbs dumbells or 105lbs.

Anyways the other day i tried to do flat bench the other day. Loaded up a 135 for a warm up set and it felt heavy. Then i loaded up 225 and it felt really heavy i did like 2 reps before i felt too heavy. What gives? I feel like a fucking pussy... I mean to be 200+ and i can't hit 225 what the fuck is happening to me. I mean i can shoulder press 225, but i can't bench it. What can i do to get my bench up there so i dont feel like a big pussy?
 
STEROID! j/k. Well I dont think there is much you can do other than flat becnhpress and other variations. Correct me if I'm wrong guys. Sorry if this mixes you up. Also remember: muscle has memory.

only way to get good at something is by working at it.

so do some flat bench... do a few warm up sets like 20 reps then 10 reps...then 6 reps. nothing too heavy just enough to get you warm.

then do 4 sets of 6
then follow that with 2 sets of 12 reps

then do the same thing with flat dumbell press.

a minute to a minute 1/2 of rest between each set.

work on triceps more too...the incline probably weakend your triceps a lot.

o yeah... and some juice would help too lol
