Strength gains?

What kind of strength gains should I expect from an 8 week cycle of Sus? Right now I can bench about 325. Maybe another 75 pounds on bench?

That depends on dedication & diet, esp if you go out with the guys on weekends

Tony judging by your posts you need to take a second and learn about what these chemicals do to your body. The secret is not in the bottle it is your diet, training and preperation.

Reading this forum will teach you ALOT on how to grow the right way

Bitch i was trying to help, heres a bomb and NO respect from ALOT of people on this board.

Why are all these new guys starting shit will legitimate and well known and respected members? Anyway, how many mg's you looking to run. 75 lb's is a lot to add on for only an 8week cycle but it can be done.

Dude get off this board. You need a reality check. Diesel wasn't trying to be a jackass. You don't need to jump on a cycle without serious consideration. We all want you to do well and not hurt yourself so take a chill pill and relax or leave.

I don't understand this crap lately. I'm a youngin too but I'm for hearing experienced guy's opinions.

i am what i am said:

Starting shit? All I did was ask a question!

Everyone needs to chill...we all get to hot headed to fast here including me sometimes. We need to remember we are on the internet to learn and look at porn...

I am not here to argue Tony, u said your peace I said mine it is over but I was trying to help you, I see alot of questions here and try to put my 2 cents, I was a newbie at one time trying to learn the ropes so i know how it is. IMO if you are going to do do it right get your training and diet on point and believe me the size and strength gains will come in a hurry.

Genetics have alot to do with it for me I am stonger on lower resp than higher reps so the gain in strength on cycle is more in the higher reps and not really in a max out situation, maybe things will be diff for you

Well thanks for your advice, and i will take what you said in consideration.

Tony,
Let me send you to a site where you ask a question like that and they'll chew you up. This is a great board w/o confrontation or attitudes. Diesel was trying to help 'cause your question was vauge and sounded noodish even to me.

Ah...it's been a long time.

What's your size, sust history, supps, routine, diet, etc.? Years ago I found gains from Sust varied widely depending on what I was doing and had done leading up to my cycles.

I'll give you some food for thought though. My first cycle was 250mg/8weeks, no frontloading. I was training consistently for about 3 years for strength, the 2 years before that was half heartedly while I played highschool ball. I was 160lb, 5'7", 12% (lucky I still have all my charts). I was coming off some Ergopharm andro product (don't remember the name but it was recommended to me off this board) probably 4 weeks prior. I actually feel I had a more difficult time during my recovery off the andro than I did my first cycle. I was sitting here:
Barbell bench: 225x4 (never used this much for a benchmark)
Incline: 185x4
DB Shoulder Press: 60x8 (favorite)
Squat/Leg Press:? Thanks to the two who pointed out my error. I don't have stats from start to finish, since I switched exercises half way through my records.

It's hard to tell from my charts where exactly I stopped before I started my second cycle, but I know I did 3 weeks post cycle and waited about another two months before my next, which would put me right about here:
Bench: 255x5
Incline: 205x4
DB SP: 85x6

According to my charts, I was up around 170 at this time. Not sure what my BF was. I wouldn't recommend it, but at this point, according to my logs, I started doing 2-3 hour workouts everyday. My caloric intake levels were sitting around 4500, which (along with my next cycle) explains alot. The following winter, which is the 2nd cycle in a 8 month period, I went for another 8 week cycle, 500mg/week with 750 frontload for the first two weeks. There was another 1 month andro cycle somewhere in between, but I don't have a record of it.
187 14% BF, which was the most I ever weighed
Bench: 250x4
Incline DB: 100x7
SP DB: 90x4
Squat: 455x5

I lifted for another 4? months like a maniac. I could DB incline more than I could do with a barbell in 7 months. I suffered a minor should separation that winter snowboarding and have never regained full strength in my shoulder, and in the late winter, tore my meniscus (from all things, doing a lunge w/o weights). I had a slight knee injury from football in highschool, which was probably aggravated during my lifting. Over the past two years, I've lifted primarily to stay in shape for sports, and am down to around 170 16%.

I'll spare you my reflections and thoughts about all that, so I'll just leave my stats up. Luckily, I do have some pics to remind myself that my sheets aren't complete BS either. Seems like a lifetime ago.

Hey Diesel have U ran sustanon? Just wondering i was thinking you had done a anavar and tbol cycle. are you slowly moving up the ladder?

No and as of now i dont plan on it, I have only done that small cycle of var, I have tbol on hand though just waiting for the big push to summer

I dont know if I am going to go the hard route maybe down the line but not right now, I am not huge by any standard but I am happy at 215 right now. IMO less means more I know that with my diet and training DIALED in I can grow or cut on light aas. I have lifted for almost 7 years now and 6 of that was clean, i think by having a natty base and gradually growing has helped in my pursiut to the body I want

How about you?

good post orb but 640 squat?

My bad! Those squat stats are actually for leg presses. I switched to leg presses on my chart about half way into my routine, because I believed (naively or not) heavy squats could compress your disks and I didn't want to be any shorter.

My max squat, ever on my chart, was 455x4.

Yea, you two were right - good call. I'm not trying to BS my way to internet stardom or anything. I'll edit that post.
