I'm on my first cycle of 500mg of sus each week split monday/Thursday i'm coming to the end of week 5 (ie its injection number 10 later) my stregth has gone up on bench by 22ibs for reps (although i've cut from 10 to 8 reps) and squats, dumbell presses but i've yet to notice any strength gains on things like dumbell curls or even gains in the amount of reps i can complete, any ideas or is it that gear is more likely to improve compound movements than isolation movements
