Strength gains on Westside Program!!!

Hey guys, for those of you who train Westside, what kind of strength gains do you guys normally see per cycle/per excercise? This is my third week training westside, previously I trained with the Nebraska method and I normally saw between 10-15lbs per six-week cycle(these are averages). Should I expect about the same, more, or less from training Westside? :alien:
 
Hey man I'm on my fourth week and from what I know about westside you should be expecting more. I mean really think about it if every week your changing up the excercise and your hittin new PR's on ME day. Then your bound to go up more than just 10-15lbs in a 6 week period. Just when you go to max out if your doing it every 6 weeks remember to take a minimum of 72hours off of training and on EATING. that helped me alot.
