hey guys, i am thinking that i am doing something wrong here.
i've noticed recently that the following day after a workout, the muscle grooup that i have worked on is REALLY tight and sore...
Example... i did my back and Bi's 2 days ago. did my streching etc.. i noticed in the morning i could not fully extend my arms. it does hurt to strech them.
is this a result of lack of streching?
im thinking because i have been off weights for a few months that my body needs time to get back into the swing of things.
i used some tigerbalm to try and ease up the tension in the muscle tissue..
any advice? how i can avoid this again... and correct the problem?
