I suffered from "bench and curls only" syndrome when I first started lifting. now, my chest is way out of proportion. every time I do bench, my chest swells up(IMO too much!) incomparison with the rest of my body. instead of doing bench exercises, I would like to do as little as possible for chest, but not totally neglect my chest. this is what I came up with
pushpress
seated military dumbbell press
weighted dips
upright rows
laterals
this is obivously a chest and shoulder day, and I want to focus more on shoulders and get those puppies up to par with my chest. suggestions? comments?
