I was doing a little testing... not nitpicking with the dosages. This might sound a little strange but I observed two things:
1) I get HOT as HELL when I eat Oatmeal. Moreso than any other carb, warm or cold.
2) If I eat 2 or so servings of corn before bed I ALWAYS seem to wake up AT LEAST 1 lb. lighter. Hell one night, it had been about a week or so into my first cycle... glycogen depleted, I lost FIVE freaking pounds overnight. None of this is muscle. My strength is completely the same.
What is this all about? Has anyone noticed this and maybe not thought anything of it?
