strange ache

Hi chaps! Just over the last few days I ve got this ache on my right hand side over my hip, in my waist area, do you think it could be just muscular as i do twists with bar bell and side bends with dumb bells or could it be my steriod cycle. Many Thanks.

Hard to tell, but it may just be sore from exercise or it could be related to your gall bladder. Do you have any indigestion or stomach problems?

No none at all. I ve had it since Friday.

I would doubt it has anything to do with your AAS use
unless you abusing them with large amounts. If you train,,work,,etc...its probably a strained/pulled muscle.

Taking test cyponate 250 twice a week and just started deca 300 on Sunday once a week. Just want nice steady gains.

i would credit that to excerise or soreness from movement.

Sometimes feel it when I have to bend down to pick up the tools I use at work. Very strange, I give it a few days, can never get an appointment at doctors anyway!
