Straight questions, looking for input on frequency, reps, etc..

Right now, I am doing the Shwarzenneger Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding workout.

My goal is to ADD MASS.


I'm 5'9" 190, 10%bf, eating to GAIN, and on a test/deca/dbol cycle.

All exercises: 5 sets, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6.

Monday: Chest/Back/Abs

Bench
Incline dumbells
Pullovers
Lat pull downs
Seated Row
Deadlifts

Tuesday: Shoulders/Arms/Abs

Clean and Press
Upright rows
Lateral raises
Straight bar curls
Dumbell curls
Skull crushers
rope pushdowns

Wednesday: Legs/Low back

Squats, extenstions, SLDL's, etc...

Thursday: Chest/Back Abs (Same)
Friday: Shoulders/Arms (Same)
Saturday and Sunday off.

My questions:

1.) On a cycle do I want to be hitting each body part ONCE, or TWICE a week??

2.) How long do I wait between sets? I've been waiting 30 seconds to 1 minute. Is this too fast?

3.) DO I want to feel like I'm powerlifting? (A little looser form?) Or bodybuilding? (VERY tight form, slow reps, etc..)

Can someone give me a new workout if this isn't going to work well for me? I feel like I'm overtraining a bit...
