storing as powder or as solutions?

I am a newbie to homebrewing and am wodering if its best to mix all the powder when you first get it and store it that way, or just mix what you need now and store the rest as powder? Which keeps longer? Im making oil injectables and oral solutions with everclear.

The oil injectables can last about 2-5 years in oil powder is good for about 2. Now the solution in everclear I would only make what I plan to use than I would store the rest of that as powder.
