Stop tren or test 1st ??

Been taking 1cc test enan./wk and 75 mg. tren eod with cabaser for 5 weeks now, I only have 10 cc's of test. Should I stop the test 1st or the tren. I was thinking of running the tren for 3 weeks after the test runs out and then start clomid. Should I run the cabaser all the way in to PCT ??
