1 cup of egg beaters
1 banana
1 cup of 2% milk
Meal 2 (9 AM)
2 Scoops of cytogainer
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
Meal 3 (12 Noon)
1 medium sixed sweet potatoe
2 cups broccoli
6-8 ounces of chicken, turkey, or lean fish
Meal 4 (3 PM)
Same as Meal 2
Meal 5 (6 PM)
1 cup of brown rice
2 cups broccoli
6-8 ounces of chicken, turkey, or lean fish
Meal 6 (8:30 PM)
1/2 cup of cream of rice
1 banana
2 scoops of whey isolate
Meal 7 (10:30 PM)
2 scoops of casien protein
1 tablespoon of all natural peanut butter
I am 5'8 at 187. I weighed 175 before the diet and gained 10 pounds in two months. Now it has stopped. Should i eat fast food or sweets of what? I have added some carby snacks in between.
I'm sure a thread has been up like this but everyones body is different and reacts different. O and last time I checked my bf was 6% but that was before the diet....
