stones felt LIGHT today PRs baby

did a few light olympic lifts today... then decided to focus on stones.

loaded the 233 and 245 onto ~50 inch platforms today... hadn't loaded these stones before, big PR.

a 308 is our lightest stone after the 245... but it didnt go today.

245 felt EASY though.... gotta love progress

they're fun now that I'm not as retarded on them, lol. They're pretty easy to make using the internet recipe. They don't always come out perfect, but they're usually pretty good.... better than nothing.

Your NY crew should get together and make a few, if you split the costs they would be pretty cheap.
