I would steer clear of that lemon water, as I cannot see it helping at all..Not a single bit!
As far as what Bikinimom advised, I would listen, do not overfill your stomach. If you are uncomfortable as a result of eating more frequently or larger portions than that means that you are over doing it. Your stomach is not the size of your waist, and is not meant to hold thanksgiving meals daily! I would also ease off of the pepto as too much of that is not a good thing.
If you notice that you are only feeling this way after eating large amounts than that is probably the problem, however if you are noticing this after small meals than I would seek a GI doctor as the possibility of having stomach ulcers is large.
If you feel as though not eating large meals will some how hold back gains or anything like that and you do not want to stop the eating than the only other suggestion would be to take zantac or another over the counter brand of acid medication prior to eating the meal (or as directed on package) and also leaving some room in your stomach and drinking some milk to help coat your stomach along with the added support from the acid medication.
