Man, the past few days I've been having some serious stomach gas. My pretty much normal intake is basically focusing on protein to gain more mass. This is a list of what my daily meals consist of.
Meal #1
1 Cup of oatmeal in water
45 grams of protein shake with banana and blueberries
Meal #2
1/2 lb sliced fresh ham
Protein bar 32 grams
Meal #3
Protein bar 32 grams
1/2 lb sliced fresh ham
Green aple
Meal #4
2 cans of tuna with mayo a relish on whole grain bread
45 grams of protein shake with banana and blueberries
Meal #5
Chicken breast
Fluid, H20 and H20 and more H20, nothing else.
Sometimes, I vary it a little, but this is pretty much regularly what I eat. I'm thinking I maybe need to add some more fibre into my diet, but I'm not sure. I just recently started to up my protein intake a lot more and that when I noticed the stomach gas so I must be missing something. Anyhelp advise is appreciated.
