Stomach cramps after workout???

Ok, just finished today's workout around 3pm and as soon as I get home about the same time as drinking my protein/carb drink, I get this stomach cramp that just now went away (4hrs later)!!
I think it can only be one of two things:

1) I take a "ripped fuel" type of cap, only one, before workout. I only take sometimes on the weekends so it dont interfere with sleep. Took around 12:30 and w/o at 1:30.
contains: Ma Huang 250mg, Guarana Seed 150mg, Caffine 80mg, Purple Willow Bark Extract 75mg. Cayanne Pepper Extract 60mg, Ginger Root 40mg

or

2) The dextrose post workout... I take 20g dextrose post workout, then a 35g dex/25g protein 10-15 mins following that..
At first I was thinking it was this extra sugar.....But then again I usually dont get any cramps during the week and take the dex/pro twice during the week.

So, maybe its the ripped fuel? Anyone have this prob before, or any idea what this could be? Or maybe its the two of them together? Had same prob yesterday too!!!

Could it be the cayanne? Have you taken this before? I noticed when I took stuff with cayanne it was kind of harsh. Other than that, what kind of protein are you using? I have not gotten cramps from dextrose, but I do get a sick feeling from sweet tarts (probably from the acid). Have you changed your diet lately?
 
My stomach gets all gassy everytime I drink my postworkout drink, 50g Dextrose, 36 g Whey. I fart for hours and don't want to eat but force myself to an hour later, then I really start farting...they ain't silent and are worse than vilent.

Yeah, my parents hate me, and my work mates can't believe a person can stink so bad...I just laugh. It's a problem, but I'm not going to quit eating the nutrition my body needs, the world will just have to get used to smelling my ass, that's all.
 
The reason your getting massive gas is from the whey protein dude.... You are probably partially lactose and tolerant. If not milk products are very difficult for anyone to break down, and that is definitely what is making you fart like a banshee..
Heh.. maybe you wanna try some soy protein or some sort of protein blend..

No man, thanks for the heads up, it's all the time whatever I eat. But the postworkout shake really get's it churning. It's just too much protein intake, it makes you fart and stink like a rotting carcus. After a nice meal of chicken or steak my farts smell like total death, I can barely stand them.

plornive, after looking at the ing. list, i was thinking the same thing... I never took cayanne before. Is this some sort of "pepper"? Maybe this is the prob...
Im using Whey Isolate..from protein facotry...and a little hydro 520... (I mix them in)
AS far as changing my diet... YES im bulking right now but have had the "same" diet for about 5 weeks...So I dont think its just the diet...???
