It lowers SHBG. But also lowers DHT. Wouldn't that make this herb a NO NO?

I think I've seen Urtica dioica (stinging nettle/ nettle root) in many PCT products, so there must be a reason for it. Maybe someone else can chime in on this?
Well...saw palmetto does the same thing as well. It lowers DHT. And many claim its "good" for us dudes. Why?????? IT LOWERS DHT. How can that be good?
Stinging Nettle only lowers DHT is high dosages. It still has the SHBG lowering effect at lower dosages, and curiously, doesn't seem to lower MORE SHBG in higher dosages. When it comes to lowering SHBG, avenacosides A&B rule supreme. It's the most effective natural substance to raise free testosterone bar none.

Are we talking about these herbals in the context of a PCT regimen, or just in general on or off cycle?

Proviron and MAst are so similar and both work as an anti e so you may not have to even use any aromasan.
I'd use the HCGen, on cycle and then use a hit of HCG or HMG at the beginning of the PCT. (And then maybe add a teeny bit of aromasan due to the estro spike form the HCG) You can even add some of the Proviron, then taper off and stick with just the UNLEASHED and POST CYCLE. You should be fine. Follow with BRIDGE till the next cycle.

So your e levels are the same whether you add Proviron or not? You've compared?
Yes! I have. That's how I know. Got blood work done E came out at 45. Took proviron for about 2 months. And then got blood work again. Again...E was at 45. But I did look a bit leaner and a little harder.
Interesting. -- just goes to show you never know how something is going to effect you. I'd be curious what your SHBG is. You may also be overly sensitive to aromatization. No gyno issues? At any rate, 45 is high (not terribly, but high) and you'll need a little anti aromatase.
Taking Aromasin along with Post Cycle.

I dont like saw palmetto either. Many fair runs but more problems than positives. I'm not a gyno prone person
but EVERYTIME I used saw palmetto my nipples became sore and tender.
