Sticking to diet hungover/cracked out

After a looong night of 'aprtying' I can't eat shit. I find it's a struggle to get down even a protein bar. I usaully eat a Met-Rx MRP. I have to use about 32 - 36 oz. of water instead of the usual 24 oz. so I can even drink it otherwise it's too thick and it doesn't want to go down.
 
try turkey hill diet green tea with ginseng, it's like 40 calories per half a gallon. Green tea has been shown to reduce blood pressure and cholesterol, plus it helps getting water weight off.
 
yah, its real f'n hard to stick to a diet when your out partying the night before, because you already feel like shit
 
If I have been drinking it is hard to control the need for greasy goodness the next day. However if I have been doing E I am not in the mood to eat at all either way partying and training don’t mix to well.
 
Eating shitty food is the only way to feel better.. For some reason I realyl like milkshakes after a crazy night.. Something about the cooling factor makes me feel much better
 
I can't eat worth a shit after a booze night. Hunger just ain't their. Drank 10 heinkens a few nights ago, was wrecked the whole next day, couldn't eat untill 2pm when usually I eat all morning. If I drink two nights in a row, I usually lose 7-10 lbs. Drinking sucks, but going to the bar is fun as hell.
 
Drinking is my worst enemy!! All my friends drink constintally and when I finally escape them my dad usually prods me to go have a few with him. After i'm loaded my willpower is gone and so is most of the food in the fridge. I'm going to become a hermet.
