Sticking to diet hungover/cracked out

Anyone else find it impossible to eat clean the days you are hung over or cracked out? It seems like food is my only comfort when I feel like shit.
 
There is absolutley NOTHING better than pigging the fuck out, right after a long night at a club...I feel after all that moving around I did enough cardio:p ...Aussie I 100% hear you on the willpower the next day, its gone.
 
it's hard to eat next day........but the key is to just keep eating a little by little all day. I cant have a full meal till night time after a night of partying it up, or studying
 
I low carb it m-f, come Saturday, if I have a burger or too I don't mind. I am more concerned at under eating protein on the weekends. it is also kinda disturbing that I might not sleep a lick till Sunday night...
 
I sleep well but I crave food when I'm all done with party favors, either alchohol or anything else that I may partake in...I do get a nice glycogen fill but I feel like I am a fat ass and yell at myself come monday for having 2 cheat days instead of one and vow that I will be sober from now on...I am going on my 4th Monday of yelling at myself so obviously it aint working that well..
 
After a night or day, or night into day of partying, the only thing that makes me feel better is wonton soup. Sticking to the diet after nights it out is my biggest enemy.
 
my weekend consits of turkey or grilled chicken, the carbs i get are from alchol, or at least thats what i attempt to do when drinking
 
Wish I could say the same. I binge on bacon egg and cheeses and chocalate mile in the morning. But, this is usually on my cheat day and its OK. Th next day I crave sweets for some reason.
