just wondering if we can get some of omega's most important threads stickied..

like the ones that show the leg.. day.. the tricep/chest day..

the bicep/back day..

rep speed.. mass movement..

the more important articles that we are going to have to reference all of the time..

becuase as this forum grows, these delicious little gems will be harder to find..
