Steve L - Start Phase 1 - May 1, 2008

I've been keeping track of my workouts on a pad and did my 3rd day 1 today. I'll be posting them tomorrow.

I'm kinda rounding out the demographic and the really skinny hard-gainer guy 5'10.5" and 155 pounds.

I'm usually the smallest guy at the gym anyway, but now with the reduced weight load it's downright pathetic ;) Trying to keep my eye on the prize and stay focused, tho.

I;m ready to transcribe my phase 1 log. In short, i saw a lot of progress and people have begun asking me if i'm working out, etc, which is cool. I have a little farther to go before i hit what my usual ceiling is. this time i'm hoping to bust through it!

I know I only need to list certain lifts I was doing from my overall regimen - can you tell me which ones and I'll get to it right away.
