Seriously, though, the advice about a needle into your rectum should be taken. No, really. The androgen receptors in your anus are surprisingly sensitive--especially to compounds such as Arseadrine and Rumplix-30.

As well, always make an effort to consume protien anally. For this you may need a turkey baster. Simply mix your shake as you normally would, and draw up the liquid into the baster and plunge it into your arse mate.
