Stick with protein and creatine, bro. If you takes steroids before the age of 21 you WILL PERMANENTLY STUNT YOUR GROWTH. This is a proven fact, so unless you're 6'2'' and 220 at age 15, I would wait because you want to be as big as possible for the rest of your life. Not some little dwarf.

3) oatmeal
4) steak
5) potatoes
6) rice
7) chicken
8) tuna
9) tuna
10) pasta
11) chicken
...
...
etc.

Administer 4000 calories daily, with plenty of protein... And don't forget your accessory orals -- at least a gallon of water daily... Also, feel free to supplement with vegetables as needed.

You are too young. How long have you been training ? Don't do Steroids at your age and please do some research before you start anything like this. If you do decide to try your first cycle in the future then you are going to have to get over your fear of needles.
