sure you can lose a limb, easy. you get an infection, it spreads and worsens, you get a systematic infection and the tissue dies. i know this is spelling murder but i'm trying for gang green but that cant be the spelling.

my guess is that you let an abcess grow and grow and grow without treating it properly
