yeah I know but this inst just diet.I Want a exsperinced person to please post info On food thats wil not cause health problems ?
while still maintaining high protein levels.
 
All you need is steak, chicken, tuna, turkey, eggs and that should cover the protein you need.

some advocate protein shakes but i have grown more with getting my protein form meat than those stupid shakes. they never seemed to be worth the $30 bucks spent on them.


Im an naturally an ectomorph so i have never seemed to have a problem with too much protein, it makes me shit a lot but it has never made me FAT even with a relativly high carb intake.
