Steroids in your system (blood)

Hi, i get blood tested and urine tested randomly, i was wondering if anyone knew what the best steroid was to take that would be in and out of your system the quickest.. Iv done a little research and was wondering if anavar (tablets) and testosterone propinate (injections) would be a good choice and how long would they be in my blood for? If anyone could give me some answers that would be much appreciated. Thanks. Lee
