Steroids help injury ???

I was wondering if steroids work in the same way they do in animals with the healing properties ???

I am currently on a winny sus cycle and fucked a muscle in my forearm by over training and now it feels like i have a permanent dead arm .
What do i do now keep on or stop my cycle or what cauz i can't do shit without my forearm fucking killing me !

So Stay on the juice to make my arm heal faster or should i get off it so i don't waste it whilst im not trainning as hard ????
