I wonder if steroids can cause diabetes, temporarily, cause an onset, permanently? Anyone hear of this?

No. HGH can cause insulin resistance though.

not directly cause.. but over time abusing them and gaining too much mass can cause you issues

If you abuse aas and have a horrible diet and lifestyle anything is possible!

Diabetes is a result of your pancreas getting burnt out and no longer being able to produce insulin. It's the result of a high sugar diet and poor muscle insulin sensitivity.

It has nothing to do with steroids

Tren can cause you to feel hypoglycemic but steroids are not going to cause diabetes.
