i train at 80%+ workload every day (3/week right now). I was due for some time off but i kept putting it off until i started feeling burned out, sleeping became difficult, loss of appetite, etc. I was just wondering if steroids would allow me mentally to handle more frequent workouts. That being said, i'm not ready to take steroids right now but i'm just thinking ahead.
