Steroids and Workout Recovery

This may be a newbie question to ask but I figure I got to start posting sometime. I've been reading for a while so I may have overlooked this but are some steroids better than others in terms of recovery? I'm talking in the sense of muscular recovery as well as CNS recovery.

Also, what kind of things do you guys do/use to aid in recovery besides steroids? Massages? Adaptogens? etc. Again, i'm not just talking about recovering from sore muscles but also keeping from getting burned out.
 
take creatine once fter wrkout once before bed then try to sleep 8-10 hrs or whenever I am tired
 
Glutamine seems to help with muscle soreness. There's no getting away from the fact, though, that, no matter what you're taking, you can still burn out on gear and push yourself into overtraining.
 
Listen to your body when you start overtraining you will know.[ex loss of appetite,drive,sleep for some, loss weight just to name a few]
 
how much faster do you guys think gear helps your muscles heal?
I am on test E @500mg ew, and deca @250 ew, I'm usually sore for 4 days after i lift a muscle hard, on gear i only feel sore for 2 days,

I would say it it helps my muscles recover about 20% faster??? what do you guys think?
 
muscle recovery may be slightly enhanced on gear (i'm not sure there's too much difference between different compounds). however the CNS isn't affected and will burn out just as quickly as if you were off. at the end of the day the cliche "you can't overtrain on gear" is BS. just concentrate on lifting heavier loads; presumably you try to lift progressively heavy anyway - on gear you could make bigger increments in your target lifts each week than you'd normally do while off.
