Steroids and Teens

I dont believe its the teens usage I believe its the media and the parents aswell as the schools blowing shit out of proportion and making juice seem like crack

alot of teens dont research and just jump at it,but that hurts nobody but themselves, its the kid who kills himself because life sucks for him anyway and then mommy and daddy find out he was on steroids and blame that because little johnny was such a happy boy before steroids---BULLLSHITTTT

I'm against it for the same reason I'm against keeping kids who are old enough to walk in strollers. In other words, part of the growing process of all people, both physically and psychologically, is to learn to do the most they can on their own.

The teens or high schoolers at my gym do straight D-Bol. They strut around in groups with their soccer mop hair do's, they all wear their "insert high school name here" Football t-shirt, lift like shit and use like 4 spotters to bounce 315 off their chest. Then in 1 month, they are back to their skinny selves. There's always one of them who's bigger than the rest who they all worship. It's hillarious.

Teen + steroids = no good for many reasons. The one Nelson and DANABOLIC55 bring up about them simply not having the maturity, knowledge, and skill base is valid.

In addition, teens are going through a very intense period of natural physiological adaptation. Throwing exogenous steroids in their system throws a wrench into thier natural development. At a time when their endocrine system is pumping out more natural AAS (among other things), shutting that system down with exogenous drugs is an absurd practice.

If we find ourselves in the position to do so, we should all strive to mentor teens in their training and diet...well, those of us who know what were doing! Given an appropriate regime, teens will often out perform your run of the mill on cycle juicer in regard to relative adaptation - and they DO NOT have to deal with post cycle recovery!

I don't think it's a matter of maturity. And that's the worst way to try and disuade somone from taking them. Everyone believes they're mature enough. It's more a matter of relying on a crutch at a time, as SM said, they have every advantage.

Three portions of BIG BLAST (www.proteinfactory.com) mixed with whole milk every day along with "Unleashed". He'll grow like a weed.

I think thats def to young bro,I started just before 18,but trained for a few years before that,I think your boy needs to get the basics down and learn to grow without it,then once he proves he can get his diet in check and have his shit together give your blessing, but you should also research so he has someone who has knowledge on the topic helping him.

good luck

but you said this 3 posts above this one
i myself have never juiced

personally, i'd have my kid wait till he was older (17-18). right now he's got too much testosterone in him anyway. just feed him right and make sure he gets enough sleep.

yupp

and if your dead set on it,give him var, pricey but wont do as much damage for growth purposes and less sides, dont forget pct

gotcha, thanks for the clarification. on a side note, why does he want to juice? is it for sports or personal reasons?

cant ask for prices bro, board rules, but its not cheap, and he probably wont be able to find it since I assume he is going through a guy at school or the gym

i meant i dont juice now lol.... and havent since i was 32 what is var guys remember im not that younge.

I am willing to put my life and life savings on this : you are the "teen" you dont have a son, and you are indeed 15-16.
Any 32 year old who has "juiced" before would know what var is or anavar for that matter.

Look kid, stay away from roids. body building is about hard work and pain.
Hard work + pain = profit

Work hard then down the road once you have reached your "peak"
you can think about steroids.
99.9 % of the people on this board and any other board would agrea with me.

Jesus, I was reading the posts on this thread and couldn't believe no one else knew that Mr. Frankie_Delisicio is the 15-16 year old.

Did you guys really not see that?

I agree that saying "you just don't have the maturity to take them" is not the a sucessful way to go about talking a teen out of taking steroids. However, you cannot say it's not a mater of maturity - indeed you already said it was...

Nelson: "I'm against it for the same reason I'm against keeping kids who are old enough to walk in strollers. In other words, part of the growing process of all people, both physically and psychologically, is to learn to do the most they can on their own."

That "growing process of all people, both physically and psychologically" "to learn to do the most they can on their own" IS maturation.

In life much depends on which "role models" you choose.
If at 16yo one just thinks about steroids as a shortcut to becoming the schoolyard bully & get all the hotties (?), we can just remind them to check the SIDE EFFECTS ( which can be devastating, especially at that age ) of AAS & pity them because even if they could have a 1-1 session with a steroid guru, they would understand little to nothing anyway.

It also means he had little Frankie at 15 or 16 yrs old if he's supposed to be 32. Good try kid. I also can't believe no one's jumped his shit trying to put his "son" on fucking roids at 16.

I think it is bad all the way around I think you need the following things before juicing.

3 to 4 years of natural training

reached some sort of natural plateau

added 30 to 40 lbs to your body naturally

enough money to do a cycle properly, buy food and supps on top of it

you should not be living with your parents

you should do some major research on the subject first

you should have some kind of fitness goal in mind with a commitment to it

Make sure you have a real job too and don't let your whole life revolve around the gym.

Finally, the ability to keep your mouth shut about what you are doing.
