very true...but on the other end of the spectrum, the extra muscle you put on really helped me lose more bodyfat when i hit a hard plateau...im the same weight I was before my cycle..but a lot less fat..
I would say 10-14% bf. If it's higher than that you will huff and puff all the time. I feel that keeping my bf in this range my body is more efficient at recovery and have a little more room to grow a little fat if I go heavy androgenic.
id say no more than 25% at that point it becomes unhealhy due to high blood preasure and stuff. but ever cycle leans me out more than the last, so if I was to cut, id just go on a cycle.
