Steroid suggestions?

So I'm a female,and I'm in pretty good shape already,my abs show and everything,but I want my body fat to be cut about half of what it is or more..its probably 21 right now.any suggestions?
 
No steroids. Outrageous.

Get your diet in check. That's the key. Contrary to assumed popular belief, there is no 'magic pill' out there.

Get your diet and training in check. You can cut that 21 in half easily by dedicating yourself to living a healthy lifestyle.
 
see that's the thing,like when I cut down what I eat and eat better,its like my body GAINS,and when I eat whatever I want it slims down again.that confuses me?
 
The main reason your body would gain when you 'cut' is you're putting it in an unsafe deficit too quick. It goes into starvation mode and hangs onto every calorie you give it.

Post up your diet for diet help...steroids are not the answer for you.
 
you need to go straight to the diet section and get the proper help... this is definitely not anything you need to be reading about or concerned with... you need to focus on your training and diet and get that all in check...
 
What you're doing is confusing the body so that it thinks its in a calorie defecit mode so it holds back and when you start eating it stores the calories thinking you're going to restrict them again, this is called the yo yo diet, subjects wind up being bigger than before that started the diet.

you need to learn this is no quick fix, it's a lifestyle.

When I say cut I mean I just cut out the 'bad' food.I would still eat six meals a day of the good food.

If you were eating six not so good meals a day then changed to six good meals a day, you could still have to much of a calorie deficit. The bad food tends to have more calories in it. So figure out your maintenance calories and figure out how many calories you have in your six good meals, and you should want to be around a 500 calorie deficit.
