45/40/15 - on cycle - though i play will my carbs & fat intake quite a bit

70/20/10 - off (hrt/cruising dose) - keep protein grams the same though i choose leaner sources & dramatically cut carbs & cals are cut a bit.

First of all, we need to know your stats/goals/experience/pharms to really be able to help you out.

I will say that your diet needs to be spot on, not "Im doing about 6000 calories a day and 200 gramans of protein I dont really cound any other parts".

so is that 2 grams to pound of body weight when you say 45 percent protein?

Someone your weight trying to put on muscle should probably shoot for about 330 grams of protein or more...

I have such a hard time eating when I wake up. I feel like I can't get a large meal until I have been up for a few hours. However late at night like right now I am eating. I don't think its doing me any favors.

i am hitting close to that. what i meant by 45 is protein is 45% of the total cals i take in.

so if i consume 4000 cals then .45 X 4000 = 1800, 1800/4 = 450grams

If you can't eat when you wake up, find a different method... Use a quality protein powder with some low GI Carbs.

It will serve you well to find an option that works for you because when you need that many calories & protein, and you miss a solid breakfast, you are setting the day up for failure. Nothing is worse than trying to play the "catch up" game for food as the day flies along.

You just described my situation perfectly. And now I seem to be on this schedule where I am forcing down the extra proten and cals late at night whcich I'm sure is playing a role in my non-existant appetite when I wake.

p.s. everyone I ate her ass last night and let me tell you that was some of the leanest meat that has touched my lips in a while :p :chomp: :p :chomp:
