Steroid Diet, Need Help!!

Ok guys i could really need a litle help. Cycle would be like this:
week 1-6-200mg a week of tren e.
week 1-12-375 mg a week of test cyp.

In my upper 20's have been training very consistently for 6 years. have done two cycles in the past, test and dbal on both of them. 6' 210 lbs 9% bf (water submersion test last week)

I am looking for ideas on my diet. My goals are to stay as lean as possible but to add some quality muscle gains. I have my training down and know what works for me, but i have never mastered the all important art of food. Any ideas and suggestions would be very appreciated guys, thanks!!

current diet
meal 1: 6 egg whites, s pieces of whole wheat bread
meal 2: 50 g whey, 2 tbls of ANPB
meal 3:10 oz chicken breasy, 1.5 cups of brocolli
meal 4: same as three
meal 5:50 g whey
workout
post workout shake
meal 6: 8 oz steak with vegtable, usually brocolli

meal 2: 50 g whey, 2 tbls of ANPB Again no carbs - could add in ground oats
meal 3:10 oz chicken breasy, 1.5 cups of brocolli - Add in carbs - yams/ brown rice/ wholewheat pasta etc
meal 4: same as three
meal 5:50 g whey
workout
post workout shake - Add inn BCAA/ L-glutamine
meal 6: 8 oz steak with vegtable, usually brocolli
Post sleep? Try casien protein - its slow digesting. add Natural Peanut butter/ olive oil etc if u need extra cals

Find out your maintenance cals. Go at least 1000 cals above. This diet look almost like a keto. This is a first cycle - you should be bulking, no other way to do it.

There is also too much whey in this diet - replace 2 shakes with meat/ low GI carbs/ Fibrous carbs meals.

Work out your makros - they should be somewhere like 45%protein 30%fat 25%carbs IMO for a lean bulk. Go to fitday.com and add in your food for the day - fitday will do the rest (calories and makros).

cobra, as i state din my original thread i have done two cycle sin the past. but your right, if anything this would be a bulker, but i woul dlike to stay as lean as possible. why does it matter if the protein comes from whey or from meat? how do i figure out my maintenance cals? i do like your suggestions cobra, i will implement them

Hey bro,

Whey not a complete protein and should only be used as a supplement. You nead to eat more meats which are more ababolic, especially beef IMO.

Check the stickies - there is a formula there to work out maintenance calories. I would suggest starting 1000 cals over maintenance. If you add no excess fat keep incrementalyy increasing cals until you start gaining fat. That should be your sweet spot, but remember as you add muscle your BMR will increase also and sho should cals.
