Steriods vs. Urinalysis...

Most standard employment screens use urinalysis as their means to weed out people doing things like pot. Conversely, very few seem to go through the expense of more rigorous testing through blood or hair tests.

Do standard urinalysis tests typically run checks for steriod use? Or does steriod checks require more specialized testing?

Also, if you're subject to things like random urinalysis for employment, are there any steriods that are less likely to turn up than others. Like we all know Deca stays in your system for up to a year. But what about things like test, or eq, or winny?

I flat out asked this question many times to people in HR and while I was in the military. They do not test for steroids because of the cost involved. You will get tested for cannibus (weed), benzo's (valuim, etc), methanphetamines, opiates and one other thing I can't remember. I was told there is a 'BIG 5' and juice isn't one of them. (excuse my spelling also haha)

Yea. I don't think it is possible to test for juice via urin (unless mebbe orals), but the cost is like $2500 per test, so no one does it, UNLESS you are acting like you have """"""Roid Rage"""""""
(All the quote marks because it's kinda mythical). But if you're acting like an asshole, and getting violent, and bigger, they may test u for juice. And that too if you're like a cop, or something to that effect.

i take ephedine and have heard it can show up as a methamphetamine but it has never happend to me and i get tested like once a month through unrinalsyis. i have done some research on drug testing and juice. a great site to reference is steroidtips.com it has all the life cycles of AAs in your system , it does not say wether AAS can be tested through urine but one thing is for sure, the standard urine test is for recreational drug users. and the cost of testing for gear is not 2 grand plus although i would love that due to the fact most employers would never pay that much, it does cost about double what your standard urine test does, one thing to be carefull of is when using company insurance or if your military or Governement doctors is to not due your labs with them. to many red flags going up while on AAs in your labs will result in lots of questions and possible testing. while on a cycle i usualy go to a walk in clinic and give them my providers info. just to be safe. you may have a job more lax about things and maybe your job doesnt communicate with your doctors but mine does. so i just feel more comftarble being as safe as i can. but YOUR cool with a routine urine test. NO WORRIES
