sterilizing unsealed vials?

buy sterile vials, they are cheap as fuck... i dont think you can get one as sterile as they can
google search tattoo equipment. then once on a tattoo supply web site search for a sterolizer machine pardon my spelling. get the metal tank kind that has gauges on it. they are 100% effective providing you look at the gauges during the process. they have directions. do not buy the cheap plastic machines they are not 100% effective.

I just use a pressure cooker from walmart bro and cook everything to the point of overkill but thats just me some people will say im wrong but im all good two years running..Knock on wood!!!!!!

I have done tattoos for years before i started lifting and getting something sterile is harder than you think without the right equipment. I have what you call a chemiclave and you use a solution in it and it steams it under pressure for a period of time. You put in these pieces of paper that changes color once everything has been sterilized. Boiling water does NOT work and even soaking in alcohol doesn't get everything as some viruses actually are inside a cacoon and only the outer layer dies off protecting it from harm. The harsh conditions of a chemiclave and the solutions kill everything. Problem is they are very expensive... They also have autoclaves that are cheaper that do the job too. Also HAIR is very dirty and full of bacteria from its pores. Hair is all over your body whether its microscopic or long but its all filthy so be sure to wipe your area of injection with alcohol very well.
I'd have to say if you don't have the money or equipment to do so then buy the sterile vials and if you have to take the top off then you'll have to keep everything as clean as possible

if you must. take empty vial. take BA and wash inside vial with ba. drain and emidiately crimp cap and stopper onto vial. place a 20 g needle only into the rubber to release gas expansion. place into oven at 250 degrees for 5 min. watch carefully. also wash rubber with ba before crimping. ive heard this done before.

my thoughts exactly... wouldn't just doing some basic sterilization process work since there's alcohol in the gear and it has time to kill all the microbes and shit anyway? plus the filter(s) should get some too correct (assuming that they are the smaller .20 whatmans or whatever i mean)?

im not paying that much unless my ug lab was at a very large profitable scale. other wise the simple alcohol bath and bake in oven should suffice.

Now as many as you think. People who homebrew dont use them but some ug labs do.

Im new to this, and i have to admit i thought that the sterilizing of the vials would be the most simply thing in th whole process making your own gear. Now i see that the sterilizing of th vials are one og the most difficult thing. I have read afther searching around that the autoclave or press boiler has to deliver a pressure at 15 psi, and with an tmprature of 121C to get the job done.
I dont have my own lab, but i find it intresting to get the knowledgde of how things work

dude just put it in an alcohol bath for a few minutes and then let it dry out. that should be enough since there's gonna be alcohol in the gear and you bake it anyways... not to many people would be home brewing if this sterilization equipment was an absolute necessity. just get the proper filters and follow the right procedure.
this doesn't even say anything about sterilization or baking...Directions for converting Finaplix (fina) into trenbolone acetate... this is just one of MANY ways i've seen to do it.
can anyone else comment on this? is he leaving steps out?
