Stength gains - first cycle??

I've gained about 60lbs on my pressing movements (overhead, behind neck, flat/incline/decline benches) and have gained about 20lbs on all other movements - is that good?? The cycle was cyp only for 8 weeks. I've only gained about 10lbs of muscle but my bodyweight shifted so it was until recently hard to judge.
 
Those are great gains in strength. How long have you been off ? About last first to early second week of Clomid use my joints start to kill so I was wondering if you have that prob as well from the great increases in strength from your cycle

No joint problems yet - last inject about 11 days ago. I still have it in my system because my pump is still there and my strength acts as if I can keep going higher. I'm jumping on clomid in about a week.

What kind of joint pain? Shoulder, elbow??
