ya true... depends on how much your stirps weigh etc..

I can get good quality, lean strips for $5-6 a pound from my local grocery. $8-10 -per pound for tenderloin filets.

2 minutes on each side in a super hot cast iron skillet....mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

The steak problem is due to the cow dissease that were rampant earlier in the 2000 era. I buy steak for $2.25lb.
