steak everyday while bulking?

FYI, I probably don't know as much about nutrition as some of you nut cases do, hence why i'm asking. Is steak everyday for bulking ok? Keep it lean, like LBroil, and maybe some NY Sirloin every now and then? I'm not as concerned about fat b/c i am an ectomorph, so i cut naturally.
 
hell yah steak is good when bulking ,especially the steaks u mentioned:) try eating as much as you can ,what did u think EGG WHITES were gonna get u big? hahah

yah its good source of protein ,very dense and its so dam good


also since steak gets pricey for us college students or whaeva in your case get some FAT FREE CANNED CHILI has about 20gram protein/25gram carbs per 1/2cup trow in some eggwhites and more carbs and got yourself a good solid BULKING MEAL
just look around for the different types of chili......
 
thanks for the heads up bro. I already have about 10 cans of Van Camp's Beenie Weenie beans with sliced chicken hot dogs: 230cals, 14g protien, 29g carbs, 3.5g sat fat. :)

i just eat shitloads of tuna generally...

4ish cans a day
30 grams of protein / 1 gram of fat per can and no carbs
but mix that up with some other shit and get some carbs in there...
 
Steak vs Chicken vs Tuna....all are good soucres of protein.

You need to increase the calories you intake. So eat as much red meat as you can. Just watch your cholesterol. Increase all portions of your diet to bulk (protein, carbs and fat). Still eat clean or most of the time eat clean. This way you don't get too fat just sold muscle growth.
