Staying lean during a cycle

Right now this is the cycle I'm on.

30mg/day D-bol weeks 1-6
250mg/E3D T-250 weeks 1-8 (Frontload 250mg/EOD during week 1)
0.5mg/day Liquidex weeks 1-8

I know that I can't cut up like I could on winny but I still want to keep lean (i.e. <10% bf). Right now I'm 5'10", 210lbs. I would estimate that I'm at about 10% bf but I'm not sure. I've layed out caloric intake per day and in what form.

Protein: 450g/day
Carbs: 210g/day
Fat: 40g/day

Total Calories per day: 3000

Let me know what you all think. Any input appreciated.

Technically you can "cut" with any AAS. water weight don't matter. You will lose the water after a cycle. It is totally dependant on how clean you eat and the cardio that you do. If you burn more cals than you take in...you will lose fat. Some bro's even swear that D-bol is helpful in eliminating belly fat and L-handles.

I think most people drastically underestimate their bodyfat. I'm not buying all these weekend warriors claiming to be below 10%. I had mine checked with hydrostatic weighing once. I was near 14% and I was far from looking "portly".
I also think people overestimate the impact of their drug choice on bodyfat. Winny/tren/primo aren't going to magically drop anyone from 15% to 7%. I don't think the benefits of winny & primo even show until you're below 10%. If you're trying to go from 15%+ to 10% I don't think the drug choice matters, other than water retention which isn't fat.

belly fat yes, since dbol very potent anti-catabolic, and center-belly fat is strongly influenced by cortisol .

l-handles, less likely because estrogen dependent.

Hm, that's interesting about belly fat, didn't know that. Anyone have any experience with belly fat loss on dbol?

What exactly are your goals for this cycle? 3000 calories is about maintenance at your weight, I think you should bump it up to 3,500 or 4,000 if you're looking to add mass, then keep an eye on bodyfat levels. Eliminating carbs in your last few meals before bed could help keep fat off?
